Resources Managing Director Mary Elizabeth Murphy.  “CPFCU CEO Scott Arney and I decided on Integro’s Leadership Development Process, because it shifts company culture toward a more trusting work environment,” says Murphy.  “This fifteen-month process was a major commitment by the CPFCU, and they are already seeing increases in profitability and productivity.”
