POSTED November 12, 2007 -- Today, S.T.A.R. Resources announced that Mary Elizabeth Murphy has received certification for completing twelve hours’ course study in Organization and Research Systems Coaching (ORSC) by the Center for Right Relationship (CRR), an accredited institution with the International Coach Federation.  The ORSC Program is a groundbreaking model for coaching relationship systems in organizations, groups, teams, partnerships, and couples. The paradigm shift in this work is to hold “The Third Entity™” of relationship as the client, rather than the individuals involved in the relationship. This subtle shift has a profound impact on the results that are possible in systems coaching. 

Mary Elizabeth Murphy is Managing Director and Owner of S.T.A.R. Resources.  She completed this segment of her coursework, called “ORSC Foundations,” in Toronto, Ontario.  Her instructors included Faith Fuller and Marita Fridjhon, co-founders of CRR and co-authors of the ORSC coursework.  Murphy will complete the remainder of her ORSC coursework in 2008.
